Business introduction
BIFROST provides product sourcing, supplier coordination and supply-chain support for automotive and motorcycle parts. Based on customers’ vehicle models, part descriptions, specifications and purchasing quantities, we help clarify product requirements, identify relevant supply channels, and communicate with suppliers about product information, supply terms and order arrangements for different markets.
With parts varying by vehicle model and intended use, we place emphasis on clear and accurate purchasing information. We help customers review suppliers’ product specifications, fitment information and quality requirements. During order fulfilment, we follow up on supply progress, coordinate packaging, dispatch and delivery arrangements, and assist with communication on issues arising after delivery, supporting wholesalers and trading customers throughout the sourcing process.
