Business introduction
BIFROST provides product sourcing, supplier coordination and supply-chain support for medical and nursing care supplies. Based on customers’ requirements for intended use, specifications, packaging, purchasing quantities and target markets, we help identify relevant supply channels and communicate product information and supply terms for wholesalers and trading customers.
During sourcing discussions, we pay attention to consistency between product information, quality requirements and order details. We help customers obtain relevant information from suppliers and communicate matters that need verification. Where customers request documentation or market-entry information, we coordinate with suppliers to provide information for the customer’s further review. Once an order is confirmed, we follow up on supply progress and coordinate packaging, logistics and delivery arrangements across the procurement process.
